Alexander keeps the traditions of the classic American clown alive for modern audiences. Through slapstick, skill, and general stupidity he can bring a smile to even the most grimaced of faces. He fell in love with clowning at age 3 and, to his parents’ dismay, has been following that dream ever since. He dropped out of college to attend École Philippe Gaulier and graduated with not so bad marks. Taking inspiration from the baggy pants comedians of vaudeville, the clowns of the silver screen, and the many great circus clowns that have come before him, Alexander has developed his own unique voice in the world of clowning. He has toured across America, from sea to shining sea, performing in various circuses, cabarets, festivals, and theatres.
